In short: The Saigon Wellness Map is a free, independent directory of yoga and Pilates studios, saunas and ice baths, float, sound healing, breathwork, meditation and recovery places in Ho Chi Minh City. Every place was checked as open in October 2026. Nobody paid to be listed.
We are the team at Ōmni Space in Thảo Điền. Friends and guests often ask us where to find a good yoga class, a proper sauna or a sound bath in Saigon, so we built the list we wished existed. It includes places we compete with. Use the filters to narrow it down by type, area or keyword, then open the map link to check opening hours before you go.
How we chose the places
- Verified, not scraped: each listing was checked against its Google Maps page, official website or social account, with signs of activity in 2025–2026.
- No paid placements: listings are free and the order is alphabetical by area within each category.
- Neutral descriptions: one factual sentence each. We do not rate businesses; we rate methods on the Ōmni Evidence Scale.
- Areas use familiar names such as District 1 or Thảo Điền. Since 1 July 2025 many ward names changed, so maps and Grab may show new names.
How to choose a studio or wellness place
- Ask about teacher training and certification, and how many people are in a class.
- For heat and cold, ask about temperatures, time limits and who is on hand if you feel unwell.
- For anything that touches your health (IV drips, hyperbaric oxygen), ask whether a doctor supervises.
- Try one session before buying a package, and read recent reviews.
