Float therapy is also called sensory deprivation therapy, promoting deep relaxation and mental clarity.

Float therapy is beneficial for meditation and mindfulness, as well as for the following reasons: stress reduction, pain relief, improving sleep quality & general wellbeing. Float therapy has been clinically proven to be effective against: Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid arthritis, Joint pain, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Insomnia
Most common among reports are unparalleled sense of relaxation and noticeably profound improvements in physical and mental well-being. Many include a heightened sense of introspection and out-of-body experiences similar to those of people with extensive experience in meditation.
Is it safe?
Yes, float therapy is proven safe for most individuals and offers numerous health benefits, including stress relief and enhanced well-being.
How long is a session?
A typical float therapy session lasts about 60 to 90 minutes, allowing for complete relaxation.
What should I wear?
You can float in your birthday suit or wear a swimsuit, whichever makes you most comfortable.
Can I float if I'm menstruating?
How do you keep the water clean?
Is it possible to drown while floating?
Unfortunately not due to hygiene reasons. We recommend waiting until you're in an alternate phase of your cycle before coming in to experience float therapy.
Our extensive hygiene process includes 30 minutes after each session to clean and re-dress the rooms between appointments, as well as filter the pools. Our filters are designed for huge public pools yet our pools are of personal size only. Each pool also has half a ton of salt in them, so no microorganism can thrive in this environment. Also, we require everyone to shower before and after their session.
No, even if you do fall asleep, you will be kept afloat at all times thanks to the density of the salt water. It is impossible to sink. Worst case, you might get some water in your eyes.
What is Couple Float?
Should I eat or drink anything before my session?
A couples float is when two people (generally a couple) float in the same room together. You are welcome to float with anyone you wish to, but be aware you will likely be nude or in a swimsuit next to them in a two-person pool.
You don’t want to be starving as your stomach’s noises will distract from the experience. You also don't want to be too full as being bloated while floating can feel quite unpleasant. A light meal two or so hours before your session is fine, just be sure not to drink anything but water - no energy drinks, alcohol or caffeine (so that you can fully relax).
