Guest relaxing with light and sound brainwave glasses and headphones at Ōmni Space

How it works

You lie back with eyes closed, wearing special glasses that show gentle, rhythmic light patterns and headphones playing matching sound. The rhythm is designed to guide your mind from busy, alert thinking towards slower, more relaxed states. This approach is often called audio-visual entrainment.

Research on audio-visual entrainment is still emerging, so we offer Neuro Align as a relaxation experience, not as a medical treatment. Many guests describe it as an easy way to quiet a racing mind.

When it fits best

  • Before a float: slows your thoughts down so the float feels deeper sooner.
  • On a busy day: 30 minutes to reset between meetings.
  • For people new to meditation: the light and sound give the mind something gentle to follow.
