There. That’s what letting go feels like.
Now give your whole body an hour of it. You lie back on warm Epsom salt water in your own dark, quiet room. The water holds you, so you don’t have to hold anything.
- 60 or 90 minutes
- Private room
- No swimming needed

In one float, you let go of

Let go ofYour phone
It stays in a locker or at reception. If something is truly urgent, we knock on your door. Nothing else will reach you.

Let go ofGravity
500 kg of Epsom salt in about 25 cm of water. You float without trying, head to toe. Can’t swim? It doesn’t matter. Your back and neck finally have nothing to hold up.

Let go ofLight and sound
Soundproof glass doors block every bit of light. You hold the light switch: total darkness, or a soft blue glow. Earplugs are waiting for you.

Let go ofFeeling shut in
No pod. No lid. Your pool is open, behind a glass wall, in your own ventilated room with a private shower. The door opens whenever you like. We built three generations of tanks and chose this one because it feels better for most people.

Let go ofDoing it right
There’s no wrong way to float. Fidget, think, fall asleep. Before you go in, our English-speaking team walks you through everything: how to lie back, the lights, the Halo neck pillow.
Floating is a younger but very active research field: randomised controlled trials have shown clear effects on anxiety, stress, muscle tension and sleep. It’s a relaxation service, not medical care.
What people say after letting go

“You really don’t hear or feel anything, sometimes not even your own breathing.”
“HCMC is a noisy and busy city, it’s nice to go someplace dark and quiet.”
“The staff also explained about different scenarios… so that I could mentally prepare.”
“I slept for the whole session… got my mind more fresh.”

- You’re on your period: just move the day
- You’ve just shaved, waxed or have small cuts: the salt will sting, so give your skin a day
- You’re pregnant and haven’t asked your doctor yet (and if they say yes, tell us when you book)
- You’re unsure about a health condition: we email a short health form before your visit, so answer it honestly and we’ll advise
Small questions people don’t ask out loud
Is the water clean?
After every guest the pump runs 15 minutes, filtering the whole pool about 5–6 times (the industry minimum is 3), plus UV, ozone and H2O2, and 10 more minutes every 2 hours, day and night. Everyone showers before going in.
What if I fall asleep?
Very common. The salt water keeps you afloat the whole time.
Will the salt wreck my hair or skin?
It’s Epsom salt (magnesium sulfate), not table salt. Shampoo, shower gel and a hairdryer are in your room.
Where does my phone go?
In the room, a locker or at reception. If something urgent comes up, reception knocks.
Do you speak English?
Yes, our team does, and there are printed guides in several languages.
How do I pay?
Cash, bank transfer or card, online or at the counter.
