Infrared & red-light sauna in Saigon
Quick answer: Ōmni Space in Thao Dien has a private infrared and red-light sauna that runs at 45–55°C. A 45-minute session costs 450,000 VND, +200,000 VND with any float, or 900,000 VND together with the ice bath. The room is private for you and up to 3 friends. Open daily 9:00–21:00; walk-ins welcome until 18:00.

What is an infrared sauna?
A traditional sauna heats the air around you. An infrared sauna uses infrared panels that warm your body more directly, so you sweat at a much lower air temperature. Ours runs at 45–55°C, compared with 80–100°C in a classic Finnish sauna, which makes it easier to breathe and easier to stay for longer. Our sessions also include soft red light, which many guests find calming.
Infrared vs traditional sauna
| Infrared sauna (Ōmni) | Traditional sauna | |
|---|---|---|
| Air temperature | 45–55°C | 80–100°C |
| How it heats | Infrared panels warm the body directly | Hot air and stones |
| How it feels | Gentle, easy to breathe | Intense, steamy when water hits the stones |
| Good for | Longer, calmer sessions and first-timers | Short, intense rounds |
Why guests use it
- To relax and sweat after a long day in the city
- To warm up and loosen muscles before a float, so the body lets go faster in the water
- As the warm half of hot–cold contrast therapy with our ice bath
- As a quiet, screen-free pause on its own
Research on regular, traditional sauna bathing in Finland has linked it with relaxation and heart-health benefits (Laukkanen et al., JAMA Internal Medicine, 2015). Research on infrared saunas specifically is smaller, so we present it as a relaxation experience, not a treatment.
Contrast therapy: sauna + ice bath
Alternate 10–15 minutes in the sauna with 1–3 minutes in the cold plunge (11–15°C), then rest a few minutes, for 2–3 rounds. Finish cold to feel alert, or warm to relax. Sauna and ice bath together cost 900,000 VND. See the step-by-step guide on our ice bath page.
Best combinations
- Sauna, then float: the most popular pairing. Warm up, then let the Epsom salt water carry you.
- Sauna, ice bath, then a 90-minute float: the full reset, 2,400,000 VND.
- The Introduction Package (3 × 90 min) already includes a complimentary sauna.

| Option | Duration | Price (VND) |

| Sauna added to any float | 45 min | +200,000 |
| Infrared sauna + ice bath | 45 + 30 min | 900,000 |
| 90-min float + sauna + ice bath | about 3 hours | 2,400,000 |
